COME ON DOWN!

-----------------------------------------------------------
NEWS FROM DOLOROSO...Hello to one and all
After a long and dusty road trip across the continent with an improvised soundtrack performed only on ukelele and melodica, we're back in London and about to start working towards the release of our next single - Godless - out on 11th September. More info on this to follow nearer the time.
First off we're playing next Tuesday 8th August at the Old Blue Last with White Russians and Sunshine Gun (or something). We're on stage about 8:45 so get there early. It's £3 to get in and we're debuting some new songs so it should be a good one. More dates in August / September are in the pipeline.
Also check out www.totalspec.com or go and buy it in the shops in full glossy glory - available in all good branches of Borders.

Oh yeah...did we mention we had Graham Massey's TOOLSHED down for a rare as hens teeth London gig down at the Hoxton Bar & Kitchen. Taking Sun-Ra as a starting point...I mean they literally started by covering Sun-Ra!...they proceeded over the next hour to whip the crowd into a wildly appreciative frenzy. I don't know if I ever saw Simon Lord and Findlay Brown more psyched. The air was buzzing. "FUKIN AMAZIN'....FUKIN A-MAZIN!"

Lions & Tigers kicked this shizzle off in true style...

Some news from...
Hey there my beautiful friends
It's that time again. The forces of good (Simon) and evil (me) are once more combining to bring you a humble serving of rustic aural stimulation.
The guitars have been restrung and the new strings dirtied. Our clip-cloppy shoes have been polished. The emptiness and one-ness of existence has been contemplated. The process of practicing followed by forced abstinence has been completed. All that is left to do is play. And sing. And spread some love.
Friday 16th June- The Local
(downstairs @ the Kings Head- 2 Crouch End Hill, N8)
see- www.knom.co.uk
or www.myspace.com/thelocalcrouchend
starts about 7:30.
Alucidnation and Eve Abraham are playing after us and super-dj Pete Lawrence will be on the old gramaphone.
Man. It's gonna be Far Out!
Maybe see you there.

Trial and Error welcomes its crowd for a fourth installment of their epic Sunday jamborees. Resting on well polished oak chairs and a bottomless confidence in the purity of the music played, a crowd of burnt-out dandies and contemplative wasters fill the room and waltz elegantly with lager and spirit. Expect folk to embrace electronica while, somewhere, fuzzy rock is making out with americana and metal.
